
Personal, Partner, and Virtual Training
Prior to getting started, we will set up an initial phone/facetime call for a brief introduction on your personal goals, fitness experience, prior injuries, and movement abilities. Based on the information you provide I will create a custom workout program specific to your needs, backed by research.

Personal Training-
Personal Training involves face-to-face training targeting your fitness goals in the comfort of your home gym or complex gym. Personal Training allows me to focus directly on your movement patterns and structured program to ensure success every session.

Partner Training-
Partner Training allows you to work out with a friend, coworker, loved one, etc. Sessions are developed to address both you and your partners goals. Benefits of partner workouts include increased accountability, motivation, and intensity pushing you to reach your goals in no time.

Virtual Training-
Virtual Training is for those with busy schedules, who travel for work or on vacation. I will work with you over video call/facetime to continue your personalized program and prioritize your health from anywhere.
